Vermosa Master Plan

Vermosa brings together residential, retail, commercial, and institutional spaces with a boost of sports and recreation places in this unique masterplanned mixed-use destination.

Covering 700 hectares, almost 60 percent is allotted for residential use with 24 percent of open, green spaces to give that suburban charm. Around 16 percent is set aside for commercial and institutional use, featuring the vast Vermosa Sports & Lifestyle Complex.

Phase 1 of the residential projects have already began since 2014 and the Vermosa Sports & Lifestyle Complex has proven ready to host international sporting events with the Bike Night Carnival last May 2016.

Vermosa is easily accessible from Makati, Manila, Muntinlupa and even Tagaytay all less than an hour away thanks to a variety of road connections—Daang Hari Road, SLEX via the Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX), CAVITEX, and the upcoming CALAX Road.

It has three access points through Aguinaldo Highway, two at Molino Road, and one at Jose Abad Santos. The proposed LRT 6 that will pass through Daang Hari road only adds to the accessibility of Vermosa.
